Where is my tea sourced from?

All tea that we sell is sourced directly from various tea estates in different parts of India, Sri Lanka and Nepal. 

We source all our teas directly ensuring authenticity, freshness and quality. When you are buying from us, you can rest assured that you are buying the best.

What is the cost of shipping to my location?

Currently we ship our products in India Only. Depending upon location charges of delivery may vary but we assure, our charges are very less compared to others.


Within India

Shipping anywhere in India free for orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a shipping charge will be charged as per location.

All our shipping is done using express courier services like DTDC, Bluedart, FedEx and India Post-Speed Post.


The shipping estimate for your wholesale order can be provided upon request. It depends on shipping location, order composition and order total weight. Please contact us at help@greenkettles.com with your wholesale order for shipping estimate.

How long does delivery take?

Normally, we ship out products within 1-2 days of receiving the order.

Delivery time in India is 4-7 days depending on your location.

You can be assured that we try our best to ensure that the shipment is delivered to you as early as possible.

How do I make payment for my order?

We offer one of the most robust and secure method of payment on our website for all your transactions. We have integrated secure payment gateway – PayTM on our website along with SSL certificates integrated to ensure all data moving to and from our website is secured.

Payment for your orders can be done during checkout using any of the Payment Gateway which offers all major payment methods like Netbanking, Credit Card, Debit Card, Wallets, Cash Cards etc.

In case you encounter any problems while making payment, you can contact us for solution. We offer the option of bank transfer as well under such circumstances.

How do I know that my order has been confirmed?

Once you place an order with us, you will immediately receive an email confirming your order with details in your registered email id. In case, you have not received the email, you might want to check your Spam or Junk folders as there may be issues with deliverability sometimes. What packaging standards do you follow?

We follow very high standards of packaging to ensure that the tea that you receive is fresh and aromatic every time. All our teas are packaged in high quality, three layered, vacuum packs using state of the art technology that removes air from the packets and seals the packet. As a result, the tea does not come in contact with its two mortal enemies: Air and Moisture.

Further the tea is packed in zip lock pouches allowing you to keep the tea in the same packet even after you break the vacuum seal.

Our packaging standards ensure the tea remains fresh and you can enjoy tea from any season of production at any time of the year. We also endeavour to provide you the same the tea drinking experience as you get when you brew the tea immediately after production.
