We Green Kettles Food and Beverages committed to ensure our products are 100 % fresh and hygienic. All our products are carefully packed to ensure the aroma, flavour and freshness of the all the ingredients that we used.
However, any error from our side, if you find that you have been delivered the wrong products or the packaging was not sealed properly, you can contact us by phone or email for return and refund. Although such a situation is highly unlikely, we hope you understand that humans are prone to errors. We will correct any such situation by issuing you a full refund or replacement. To avoid situations where the flavour of any tea that you have ordered does not suit your taste, we advise that you order and try the sample pack first before ordering. We do not accept returns for items that are not personally liked by you.
We accept returns and refund of any our products only under the following situations:
- If you are delivered a different item than what you had ordered, please contact us via phone or email, so that we can make arrangement for the product to be returned and replaced. Returns must be unopened & unused and returned along with the original packaging.
- If you are delivered a damaged item, please contact us via phone or email, so that we can make arrangement for the product to be returned and product replaced or your money refunded within 3 to 5 working days.
- For any situations of product return, we receive your item, we will inspect it and if your return is approved, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- At the same time we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) with a deduction of 2.5 % on the transaction value.
- You will receive the credit within 4-7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
